First and foremost, I wanted to say thank you to Josh and the SERVPRO of Central Brevard team for doing a great job at my house. The quick, efficient, and friendly service is much appreciated and saved the house from more damage.

In May of 2018 we had a major water pipe break above a training room, in addition some other areas were affected by the water. SERVPRO arrrived within 1 hour of the initial call and acted professional and with a sense of urgency. They remained on sight with all of the proper equipment (dehumidifier/and fans)  and did a complete and professional remediation. We have since made plans to use our local SERVPRO franchise for any remediation work needed.

We had an over night water incident when a toilet handle got stuck and flooded all of our school classrooms and gym.  We did not realize this had happened until we arrived to open the building in the morning and water was everywhere.
