SERVPRO responded in amazing fashion and was on site in 45 min. They had 30 people there within 3 hours. Within 4 hours they had extracted 2500 gallons from the library. If it had not been for the quick reaction time the damage would have been 4 times as much. Ray and his team are amazing!! We will call them any time we have a emergency.

We had a plumbing problem in which about half of the second building of our church was flooded with water overnight. We called Steve with SERVPRO of Central Brevard, he came right away got a crew here and in a few days everything was dry.  It has been a while and no signs of any after effects (mold)

I manage a local hotel-We did an ERP with SERVPRO of Central Brevard and were promised priority service and we got it!! After Irma passed, Steve called me and asked if we had any damage. When I called him back and told him what we had- he got us scheduled first thing the next morning after the county gave us the all clear in our area-

We were taken care of by his crew chief Petey and they did an excellent job- We were able to rent the rooms again in just a few days- Which was a good thing since some on the coast still did not have power and needed a place to stay.

If you need help with cleanup and dry out I highly recommend calling SERVPRO of Central Brevard -  I had foolishly not made prior arrangements for service, but that didn't stop them from coming right out to help our owners who had some serious water damage from the storm.  They were prompt and thorough and extremely fair with the owners.  I was impressed that they didn't take any action without discussing it with the owners - several who were out of state - and they allowed me to sign the work authorization for the owners which meant they did the work right then and there.  I hope this information is useful to you not only after Irma but anytime you have problems.
