Happy Birthday Chuck! SERVPRO's Operations Manager

Chuck, our Operations Manager, recently celebrated his 40th birthday, and our team knew how special this was. Not only did Chuck hit a milestone in age, but he has also been happily married for one year. Hitting the big four-oh with a beautiful wife by his side certainly made this day special for him, and we wanted to surprise him and celebrate.

We had to wait until Chuck left the night before to decorate his desk for the surprise to work. We hung streamers and made him a SERVPRO-approved giant birthday card, colored neon green like our signature vehicles! The next morning, the team waited in excitement for him to arrive and then filmed his reaction so we could always have this memory of companionship and celebration.

Chuck has had several years of experience with us and is IICRC-certified. He has certifications for water damage restoration, carpet cleaning, repair, and reinstallation. Chuck is an applied structural drying technician (ASD) and an applied microbial remediation technician (AMRT.) Last but not least, he also has certification for trauma scene cleanups.
