Broken Drain Line In Cocoa Beach Condo
SERVPRO was called out I the middle of the night to this condo food caused by a cracked sewer line in the wall. Once the plumber was able to stop and repair the leak [as seen in the before photo] SERVPRO immediately applied antimicrobial and extracted.
Once containment was setup SERVPRO performed clean demolition while wearing PPE (personal protective equipment) and applied antimicrobial again. Black water or sewage can contain some really bad things and should be treated carefully so as to not get anyone sick or injured. SERVPRO follows IICRC (Institute of Inspection, cleaning, and Restoration Certification) guidelines on all losses.
