Mold damage in Viera home for sale!

Mold damage at this Viera home resulted from a crack in the exterior wall of the house. The home was vacant and listed for sale, so the mold had considerable time to grow. When discovered the homeowner had the mold damage analyzed, and it was categorized as black mold. SERVPRO was contracted to remediate the mold damage. We first set up a containment area to prevent mold spores from traveling throughout the residence during the cleaning process. We were able to scrub the mold from the wall with special SERVPRO compounds and sponges. In so doing we were able to preserve the existing building materials on the interior of the house. The crack on the exterior was naturally patched to prevent further moisture encroachment.
