Storm Damage Brevard County

A wing of this home in Brevard County was flooded with rainwater from a tropical storm. We extracted the water quickly to dry the base plywood subfloor and salvage it to mitigate costs and inconveniences to our client greatly. Pictured in the Before Photo several pieces of equipment are finishing up the drying process. After checking with a moisture sensor and an infrared camera to ensure no hidden pockets of moisture remained, we documented the work for our client's insurance company. The walls and baseboards were saved by the fast action of our SERVPRO technicians who labored furiously keep water damage to a minimum. The corner of the breakfast nook illustrates a newly renovated storm struck house that made the owner very satisfied.
